When you take the time to meditate, you give your body the ability to rest. Give yourself permission to stay in your own mind freely and you will give yourself a break in the day and potentially a new great direction.

CHERISH NATURE

Walk through the woods, walk on the beach, stare at the full moon, plant a tree. Do it all.

BE GRATEFUL

You are blessed, and there are only blessings. Count them.

BE MINDFUL

Be gentle, be courteous, be glad.
