The weather is much colder now, and the seasons have changed from summer to fall.

I don’t know about you, but as soon as the temperature drops I instantly get in the mood for stew and sweets.

Summer is usually a time for fruit sweets, and fall is a time for pies, muffins, and cookies.

Since going on the Paleo diet, I have lost a total of 30 pounds. I feel more hopeful, have more energy, and look better in a bathing suit.

Mainly I have kept to the diet with the help of my husband. He has always gotten me the supplies I need from the grocery store so that I can continue to make Paleo happen daily.

I recently made some spicy chicken stew, where you can search for the recipe here. However I have not yet made any sweets!

With pumpkin season here and in full swing, it’s time I roll of my sleeves, get my research cap on, and type for desserts!
