Christmas Appetizers – Spinach Dip with Bagel Crisps and Chopped Veggies

Advertisements

Christmas is finally here, and I am excited to say that we are spending it with just the four of us. Our immediate family has 4 members and it is a joyous time. Our government and health officials say it is safer health wise to connect with only immediate family members rather than gather in huge parties.

We are happy to be hermits on Christmas Eve and are lucky to have each other.

Party time is starting and Santa Claus is coming to town.

We plan on putting a glass of milk and Oreos out for him tonight.

In the meantime, we could use a healthy scrumptious snack.

Here comes the Spinach Dip recipe so you can share it with your family and enjoy before Santa comes tonight.

Ingredients for the Spinach Dip

16 oz. Sour Cream

1 cup of Mayonaise

1/2 cup of finely chopped onions

1/2 cup of parsley

1 package of Knorrs Leek Soup Mix

1 teaspoon of Dill Weed

1 package of frozen spinach drained

There is no right way to add these ingredients together. So as you find each, feel free to mix them together in a bowl one by one.

Dipping Sticks + Bagel Crisps

They have bagel crisps at the store. The New York Style bagel crisps are the best. You can also chop carrots, cucumbers, and celery on the side for dipping.

Happy dipping, and Merry Christmas Eve!
