Serenity, although it seems far off, is always accessible if you give it time. Serenity is achieved through relaxation, taking a pause, and taking it easy on yourself.
8. Remember the 3 A’s

Awareness, acceptance, and taking action are all ways to improve your mindset and next course of action.
9. Let go, and let god

When you leave all your troubles to God, there is no room for overthinking it and perseverating on fear.
10. Start your day over

You can always reset your day. The time is now.
