Fear keeps people stuck in a place or time when we are unable to fully process trauma energy.
There are constant triggers of fear of you allow them to occur.
A great way to test yourself is to monitor your energy after a call, meeting, or action.
How do you feel?
Do you feel sad?
Do you feel stuck?
Do you feel hopeful?
Do you feel happy?
It is important to take a moment and read your energy to understand if that moment was worth preserving.
Any person, place or thing can have an effect on your energy.
Here is an exercise.
Look in the room you are in now, and look at the objects.
Do they spark happiness?
It is important to let objects and energies go that are not serving your higher good or self.
If a particular object causes unnecessary stress, why would you want it in your room.
Everything in my current room makes me feel happy.
When you are unable to pinpoint your triggers, you are then able to take action against them.
You have the ability to choose what is in your energy space and what is not, and you have the independence and freedom to choose that as a living soul.
What energies are around you now?
Are they challenging you in a way to stimulate your highest good?
