Here is our New Work + School Week Schedule for Parents recommendations.

You can use it as shown or you can make your own schedule that works better for your goals.

7am to 9am – Wake Up, Brush Teeth, Shower, Eat Breakfast, Meditate

9am to 10am – First Half of Kids School, Parent time to work

10am to 1020am – Break for Kids and Parents to snack, use restroom, chill, houses chores like vacuuming and play

1020am to 12am – Second Half of Kids School, Parent Work Time

12pm to 1pm – Lunch and Play Break for all (no peeking at your computers bro)

1pm to 4pm – Outdoor Supervised Play, One Parent Watches, One works

4pm to 7pm – Indoor Play, One Parent Watches, Other works

7pm to 9pm – Family Dinner (no electronics at the table), Bath, Follow Up on Loose Ends, Rest, and Rejuvenate

9pm Bedtime

Rinse, wash, and repeat my friends!
