  1. Mountain lions?! I had no idea. Do the wild fires usually reach these animals? I don’t think I ever hear about wild animals being hurt by the fires although I imagine many do get hurt.

    1. It’s wild out there, and unfortunately not all animals make it out of the fires however many local communities and animal activists step up in time of need with the firefighters.

    Wow! I never encountered a mountain lion quite like that in the SB Mountains! Maybe it escaped from Tippi Hedron’s preserve….
