Art of the Week: Sand Rock Rainbow

It’s Friday, time to head to the beach!

To get this party started, we kicked off the weekend with a solid colorful rock rainbow made exclusively by mother nature and my ambitious artistic children.

Friday is always a great day as we close out the week and reflect on our progress and accomplishments, we also allow ourselves to play.

As adults, we tend to take ourselves too seriously most of the time and forget the pure joy of play!

This year has been a shitshow for most, and change has been hard to swallow. But this just in, we are here and ready to rumble even still.

We need to embrace the new and let go of the past as today is a new day and tomorrow will be another one.

It is imperative we process the negative energy, let it run through us, and start again.

We need to celebrate the little wins and the little achievements we get though in a day.

We need to commend ourselves for doing a good job, and stop beating ourselves up for failure. Remember rejection is correction, and everything is always changing in flux.

Celebrate you this weekend and enjoy our little masterpiece!

Peace out. ✌

    1. We are there in long sleeve shirts, rocking it out. πŸ˜‚ It is nice to get out after a school-work week cooped up in the house. πŸ‘©β€πŸŽ€πŸ‘βœŒ

It was 70 degrees last week. My body hasn’t adjusted to the chill yet. I’ll just stay inside and bake.

      2. Haha awesome. Happy baking! β™₯️
