I love me some banana nut muffins! They are a great morning pair with your morning tea or coffee. They also make a great afternoon snack or night time dessert! I love banana nut muffins, they are my favorite!

Here is the recipe for my Banana Nut Muffins that are paleo friendly and ready to go!
INGREDIENTS
2 Large Bananas
2 cups of Walnuts Crushed
1 Medium Sweet Potato
2 Large Eggs
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 tablespoon of Cinnamon
1/4 cup of Coconut Sugar
1/2 cup of Coconut Flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons of Coconut Oil

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all the dry ingredients together well.
In a separate bowl, mix the bananas, sweet potatoes, eggs, crushed walnuts and coconut oil.
Mix the dry and wet ingredients together.
Get out your muffin try and fill with the cupcake wax paper holders.
Fill each muffin tin up halfway with the mix.
Cook at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.
You’ll know it’s done when a toothpick comes out clean when you prick one of the banana nut muffins.
