1. SET YOUR LIFE GOALS
Do you want to write a book? Do you want to be an astronaut? These things take time.
2. SET YOUR LONG AND SHORT TERM GOALS
These should be broken out by year, quarter, month, week, and day so you stay on track.
3. STAY CONSISTENT, BUT FLEXIBLE
Daily life should be consistently consolidated to target your goals in a healthy way.
4. KNOW YOUR STRENGTHS + PURPOSE
Without a purpose and tactile strategy, it will be tough to hit goals in the way that is meaningful to you.
5. STAY POSITIVE
Put on a happy face.
6. BE REALISTIC
There should be goals you can achieve that are realistic, and others that may be tougher to achieve. Break out progress reports to understand where you are at and how to reach it.
7. BE HEALTHY
Do not overstretch yourself. If your cup is not full, you should not serve others as it would not be as meaningful.
8. BE YOURSELF
Because there is no one like you.
