Other Sock Seeker – A detective at play, this sleuth must be able to locate the other sock. Wherever the socks may roam, we will need to locate them upon request at any time day or night.
Short Order Cook – Children never want to feed themselves or get their own food in the refrigerator. We must be able to prepare a meal at an instant, however complicated it may be.
Waiter – Kids can grab that water bottle and fill it on their own. Well they certainly can, but they want us parents to do it. The trip from the couch to the snack box istoo long, they need us to bring it to them when it’s not in arms reach.
Virologist – We need to monitor symptoms as they appear and preemptively prevent disease and viruses. Is it the stomach virus or is it the flu virus? We need to diagnose accordingly.
Crumb Collector – I found a Cheddar Goldfish in my bed last night and ate it. I’m so ashamed.
Art Director – I come up with new arts and crafts when the I’m bored talks come to pass. I am fully equipted with construction paper, glue, crayons, paints, paintbrushes, glitter, playdoh and much much more.
Chaffeur – We are the drivers for the royalty that are our children. Whether it be going through the drive thru for McDonald’s and Dunkin’ Donuts, cruising to different parks and beaches, life is a highway and I want to drive it all night long.
Therapist – There’s nothing like a case of the blues. When the blues arise, we are there to validate our children’s emotions and walk them through the smoke. We listen, we care, we help solve, and we love with hugs and kisses.
Cheerleader – Sometimes you need a little cheer to get going on your homework assignments! Go, team, go! Finish that homework and get a prize!
