1. Bleach Baths

I have not tried it personally, but there are tons of people giving it a shot now and seeing stellar results. From what I can see they put a quarter cup of 5% bleach in a luke warm tub and soak for 10 minutes, without washing off after.

This has antibacterial and anti-fungal properties to help heal eczema.

My eczema was super dry tonight, so I used some honey to heal it. I left it on for 10 minutes and gently washed off.

This is a great moisturizer for extra dry skin, and some use it daily for extra moisturized skin.

5. Myrrh Oil

This is a great healer for both neuropathy and eczema.

6. Green Tea

In ancient Chinese medicine, green tea is like our ‘an apple a day keeps the doctor away’ motto. A glass of tea a day helps, and should be sugar free.

7. Vaseline Petroleum Jelly

This is a great moisturizing jelly protector that helps keep moisture in the skin.

8. Neosporin Triple Antibiotic Cream

You can find this in the Band Aid aisle, it’s a great way to heal a scratch or two quickly.
